CANCELLATION POLICY

📋 POLICIES Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and goes toward your service total. Cancellations & Reschedules A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of deposit and may require full payment before rebooking. Late Policy Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late, please contact the stylist! You may need to reschedule! Deposit will be forfeited. Hair Requirements Hair must be clean, detangled, and free of oils or heavy products unless otherwise instructed. Additional charges may apply if extra time or services are needed. Pixie-Only Notice I specialize exclusively in pixie services. Please book accordingly. 💳 NO REFUNDS POLICY Refund Policy All services and deposits are non-refundable. Once a service has been provided, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Deposits secure your appointment time and compensate for preparation, blocked scheduling, and lost opportunities; therefore, deposits are non-refundable and one time transferable. 💅🏾 Satisfaction Policy If you have any concerns with your service, please notify me before leaving the salon. Adjustments can be made at that time. Once you leave, the service is considered complete.
